Chloe Sevigny was born November 18, 1974 in Springfield MA, USA. She moved to Brooklyn at age 18. She made her film debut in the film "Kids" which depicted 24 hours in the lives of New York City skater kids. She spends her time between her family's home in Connecticut and New York.
