Courtnee Draper was born April 24th, 1985 in Orlando, Florida, USA. She is a "Navy brat" and has lived in many places all over the world. She could read at age 3, and by age five was memorizing lines from TV shows and acting them out. She also started signing around age 5. In 1998 she was working so much her mother quit her job in the Navy to support Courtnee's career full-time. <BR><BR>
